"Called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told Dr. Goodman does not see patients at any of the offices. Only NPs and PAs see patients. Having a practice bear a physician’s name when they do not see patients seems misleading. This is very disappointing. "

"Horrible waste of my precious time! Left very early because of traffic, construction, trains, etc. Arrived 10 minutes early. Completed paperwork in time for appointment and waited another 30 minutes and still did not get called back. This despite others, who arrived later than I, being seen. I was told they likely had different doctors. As I was telling the receptionist I could no longer wait, my name was called. So I thought I would give it a shot and then I was told it could be another 30-40 minutes before a doctor could see me!!! Life is too precious to be wasted waiting for a practice who has inept scheduling! 2 hours of my life I can never get back! What a WASTE!!! A lot of practices threaten to charge you $$$ if you miss an appointment, (understandable), how about they reimburse US if they can't keep THEIR commitment??? Emergencies I completely understand, but was not the case here."

"I've been seeing Dr. Ellner since 2009. I have to go twice a year for skin checks. He's very thorough and takes time to address all of my questions. Even after I moved to CA and later FL, I traveled from out of state to see him. He's been a great Dr."

"Very difficult to get answer on insurance coverage. Staff is rude. Made sure Dr is covered and then for a bill for $350 for a simple office visit for 10-minutes. Called and asked about it and bill Girl was rude and used slang English…very uneducated sounding. "

"I recently visited Dr. Dionne Louis for dermatological treatment, and while I appreciate her kind bedside manner and gentle approach, my overall experience was disappointing. Dr. Louis was very compassionate and attentive during my visit, which made me feel comfortable. However, the treatment she provided didn’t seem to yield the results I had hoped for. One of my main concerns is that she wasn’t as transparent as I would have liked. I ended up purchasing products that I later realized weren’t necessary for achieving the results I wanted. Additionally, she scheduled a follow-up appointment for a medication prescription that, in hindsight, I could have been prescribed in higher dosages from the beginning, which would have saved me time and money. Unfortunately, she didn’t mention this during our visit, leading to further delays in treatment. There was also an issue with the skin condition I had listed in my health history. Dr. Louis didn’t address it during the initial consultation, and it has worsened over the past few months. I had to bring it up during the follow-up, which felt like an oversight on her part. While I believe Dr. Louis has a strong knowledge base, I felt that the lack of transparency and her oversight in addressing all of my concerns ultimately left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with my treatment experience. I hope she can improve in these areas moving forward, as her bedside manner is truly lovely."
