"Dr Verma is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to you and very easy going personality. He listens to our suggestions as well and is open minded and lets me be part of my care. I’m part of the care team which I very much appreciate because after all it is my decision and my health. The only complaints I would have is the long time to get a response from MyChart messages and when calling the office it’s always phone tag because the way they operate. We at home are not going to be available every second the accept the call and when we call back it always go in as a message for them to call back again. So same phone tag. It would be great if the my chart messages was reliable at least. I have had several appointments cancelled and it’s been 8 months since I seen him but he did work it where I could get in A little earlier the day they wanted to cancel again. So to summarize he is great in person. Getting appointments to keep scheduled is a not great and messaging and communication with office is not great. He did diagnose me when no one else would listen or know what was wrong because I had several things going on. That was great and turned my life around. Medicine and diagnosis has helped me so much so I appreciate all he has done for me. "
