"Provider is aware that they are listed with some insurance providers as in-network, based upon a former business of theirs, while their new offices bill out-of-network. They stated in-person additionally that they were in-network at the initial appointment, and then intentionally billed out-of-network after the first session. My insurance provider lists them as a recommendation at maximum savings and in-network, and they will not change the listing for this provider until they willingly update their Tax ID, which they have been asked to do, and which they still have not done."
