"Waiting 45 min in a waiting room is fine to me. But then waiting another 45 minutes in the actual eval room with the doctor not showing just seems disorganized. When he did finally come he gave bad advice from what I have now learned from second and third opinions. He told me that for a sprained ankle all I want to do is rest and put an air splint on it. Whereas modern advice on this is to get blood flowing through as much as possible by moving it around (within reason). This extended my recovery period and may increase my risk of re-injuring it. Overall a bad experience and basically no digital documents to refer to. "
