"I had an outstanding experience receiving a procedure conducted by Dr. Hegab and his team last week. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The procedure went incredibly smoothly, taking only half the time originally planned. Upon arrival, the staff was already prepared, and I was warmly greeted and briefed by a knowledgeable PN about the process and instructions. After signing necessary documents, I was given a warm blanket following the IV injection and escorted to the surgery room by an anesthesia specialist, where I met Dr. Hegab. His welcoming demeanor instantly eased my nerves, especially since this was my first procedure ever. Dr. Hegab's expertise and over 20 years of experience in GI were evident throughout the entire process. His professionalism and genuine care for his patients were truly remarkable. During my recovery at home, I experienced minimal discomfort, with only slight gas passing. "Rupa N. Shah, MD was excellent. Her whole team at the Inova Saville Screening and Prevention Center were great. Nurse Dana, the RN or NP, was super helpful and informative. Dr. Shah took the time to see me before and after the procedures. They were very kind to my family in the waiting room which meant a lot. The Saville was new, clean with easy to-door parking with shops nearby for family members. Excellent staff and facility. Top notch. The procedure itself did not start on time but that is to be expected. They are ecology conscious with turtle safe straws and eco cups. They respectful of patients’ alternative medicine choices and inform them of the pros and cons and provide additional options. "

"I took my son to see Dr. Sikka about two weeks ago and the visit went pretty smooth until she dismissed us and asked me to rap it up because she had to go. She was rude and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced this type of encounter in my life. "

"My experience with her was so bad that I stopped treatment completely rather than continue going to her. She has absolutely NO bedside manner and actually woke me up while I was still groggy coming out of the anesthesia to give me bad news. She walked away as I was crying. At follow up appointment she barely gave me 15 min of time and seemed only interested in prescribing me expensive drugs rather than exploring other options or combinations of treatments. She did not seem to care or listen to me about how i was feeling. Seeing her completely turned me off of treatment. "
