"I have never received such bad service. In December I was diagnosed with a hernia. I was sent for a CT scan to confirm. When the doctor look at the scan he noticed an issue with one of my glands. I was referred to another doctor in the same practice. I saw her on January 14,2022 and got a cleared to have the hernia surgery. So after 5 phone calls later to the office I still have no luck getting it scheduled. Oh I even got a call from the office asking if I was still interested in having the surgery. I told the lady on the phone that I have been trying to get it scheduled. After looking at my chart she said I would have to come back in for another consult ($50.00 copay) and charge my insurance company $450.00 for 10 minutes of his time. I said no I will not come in so the doctor can touch my stomach and say "yup it's a hernia". She said she will get back with me once she talks to the doctor. That was about a month ago. I called today 4/8/2022 and again "I will have the nurse call you back" . Once again no call. I am done with this office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
