"Dr Hariharan and his staff explain everything and allow patients time to ask questions, so their patients can make educated decisions about their treatment. I felt comfortable having him perform my ablation procedure. The results have been everything I hoped for. The only reason I did not give him a 5 on punctuality is because he takes time to answer questions, he is usually running behind schedule during office hours."

"The office staff here is disorganized and rude. They filled my medicine incorrectly then when I called about it the medical assistant was very abrasive and arguing with me that the medicine she requested for me was correct. But I told her I thought it was supposed to be X. So she said she would look at the doctor’s notes again and asked me if I still wanted my prescription sent to Kroger. I said, no, I’d prefer Walgreens. She got mad at me again and with a rude tone said, “Well, I’ll need you to give me their phone number then!” So I found the the phone number in less than 10 seconds and she had already put me on hold. Never told me she would be doing that. I just start hearing music. So I wait another couple minutes until she comes back and says “Ok, now I’m ready for that phone number.” The time before that was when I showed up for an appointment. I was the first one in the building with the first appointment of the day. I waited and waited for 30-45 minutes while other patients kept being called back who arrived after me. I finally say something and was like, “When am I going to be called? I have another appointment to get to after this.” The receptionist tells me that I have new insurance and it has to be checked first. And I said, “They called me yesterday and asked for my new insurance. Why didn’t they check it then?” So anyway, it’s time to find a new cardiologist because these folks are not cutting it for me."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Abreo for 7 years, and he has literally saved my life. He's caring, attentive and goes out of his way for his patients. I don't understand the negatives in here at all. The staff is great too, and the same people are in that office for many years. If people were not happy working here, they'd have had a much bigger turnover! I hope to see Dr. Abreo when needed for another 20 plus years!"
