Primary Care Doctors - Trinity, TX

"Tried to set an appoint 5/6 (New Patient), the person on the phone did not want to allow me because my PCP was not set to this office. Here's the thing, MY insurance Plan DOES NOT require a PCP! She would not do anything! A few days later I try again, I was left on hold for 7 and a half minutes before I explained my issue. This time, because I confirmed I did not require a PCP, I was able to set an appointment. However, they were not able to explain what the cost of the visit would be BEFORE I am seen. I thought there was new "No Surprise Billing" legislation recently passed. No Thanks, I'll go somewhere else."
