"I recently called this doctor’s office to make a simple inquiry, and I was extremely disappointed by the interaction. The staff member I spoke to was curt and lacked any willingness to assist, making what should have been a straightforward conversation frustrating and unproductive. There was no sense of professionalism or a helpful attitude, which speaks volumes about the practice as a whole. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable stepping foot into this office. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was far from positive."
