Primary Care Doctors - Selma, TX

"I went to see this doctor due to back pain and lower abdomen pain. The first visit was fine. He was nice and took his time, asking questions etc. although the visit was short. He had me get x-rays and come back. I scheduled my return visit after my x-rays letting them know I wanted him to go over the results and next steps. The next visit they did not have all of my results and had to call the office where I had my x-rays to get them. The doctor said let me have someone get that and I'll be back to discuss. He never came back. Had a staff member with no medical training read from the paper that was faxed over. Said I had mild arthritis. I said ok so what about the stomach pain? She said I don't know. I said ok, what are my next steps? She said I wouldn't know. I said can I talk with the doctor? She said sorry he's with another patient, you would have to reschedule. So that was the end of that relationship. It was very crazy and hectic. There were a lot of people waiting to be seen and a lot of staff rushing around. Not a comfortable environment at all. "
