"It’s impossible to get an appointment. They sent me a text to complete registration for and because I didn’t reply within an hour they cancelled my appointment. I work during the day and cannot be on my phone. I called to make another appointment and was told I would have to wait another month for an appointment I can’t even make. "

"This office was not my first choice by far . I moved to a new city and being in the Covid 19 pandemic , no new patients were being accepted at any office other than this one . I have attended twice and have had very concerning outcomes . The first visit was for a rash on my leg , it was dismissed as a “burn or jellyfish sting” progressively got worse so I went to a specialist and got some cream and it went away with TREATMENT . Then I got the bill for my office visit for hundreds of dollars because it was out of network . Due to this doctor billing me directly to himself and not the medical group he is under that is in network . My second visit was a mess . I call A week in advance, I advise the staff of what I am going to need done and that I will need it as an annual visit. I show up 10 minutes early, and pulled back five minutes after my appointment schedule time. And I don’t see the doctor until it has been 30 minutes from my scheduled time. Making it to where I had to leave due to having to clock back in to work. On top of that I left because my needs were being dismissed. Deemed as if they were not necessary and the test I needed were inconsistent and a waste of resources . The doctors exact words were “ this isn’t Burger King , you cannot just come in and ask for what you want “ . He is now going to bill me for an annual when nothing was done . "
