They were EXCELLENT from the first phone call to our last visit. They're pricing is up-front. They were friendly, professional and listened to my/my mother's needs. My mother has Alzheimers and they took such good care of her. She was a special case and required follow-up actions from his office. His staff was outstanding in providing me with the emails, referral letters and any other documentation that I needed to proceed with an orthodontist. I am now leaving Monarch Dental to get my own dental treatment with Dr. John Leland Covert, DDS. Thank you!!"
