"I was charged for a full office visit to hear my test results. I received a call with results of a spot that was removed. The results were given to me over the phone, but the nurse has said the Dr wanted to discuss them with me in person. I never in a million years would have thought I would be charged for this. But when I arrived the receptionist tried to collect. I told her I was just there to get my test results. When I was called back, I even asked my nurse if I was going to be charged and she said no. If she had said yes I would have left the office with the information I was already given over the phone. When I called to ask about the bill I received in the mail, I was just told by the nurse, “ I never told you you wouldn’t be charged” Will not be back. "
