"I was under her care for years and will keep going to see her when I need her. she made sure I know what is going on and what need to be done to stay healthy and improve myself. I would not change dr for her. "

"Dr. Guce is an amazing doctor but things have changed and he is rarely ever in the office. He did hire several other doctors and PA’s to help fill in the gap but they never seem to last long working there. He now has a nurse practitioner (who is very nice) but she is overrun with patients and they won’t stop accepting new patients. Scheduling has turned into a nightmare and if you want to see Dr. Guce himself you can pretty much forget it. I was told by one employee that he is a hospitalist in Rockwall, TX seven days a week now. Another employee told me that he does work at his own practice four days a month but we don’t see him there very often. He has been my families PCP for around five years and I truly thought I’d found a great doctor for the long haul. They have been willing to fit me in when I was sick on multiple occasions in the past but that doesn’t seem to happen anymore. Their office hours show that they open at 8am today. I am very sick and was there at opening time to try to get in. At 8:30, an office worker finally showed up just to inform me that that they had no medical personnel working today and that I would have to either go to a walk-in clinic or ER. I hate to leave Dr. Guce because he truly is a great doctor but I feel like his patients have been dumped with no warning. His nurse is very, very good and she has stayed with him through all of the craziness. Honestly, if not for her holding things together in his absence this place would crumble. If things ever get back to the way they were, I would gladly go back. As for now, I’m sitting in the lobby of an urgent care facility."
