"Our daughter was in crisis and Dr Sherry spent 3-4 hours with her talking and monitoring her taking tests for a full psych work up. (telehealth). She seemed very understanding at the time and was able to schedule the appointment quickly. She told us we would have a diagnosis/treatment plan for our daughter in 2 weeks. We completed our part of the paperwork and I sent her an email asking if our part was complete. She did not reply to that email, Several weeks passed and she did not reply to emails. We were forced to seek other help for our daughter. I finally sent her an email saying that we had found other help for our daughter so we no longer needed her services. She then replied saying she had been out of the country! No apology or explanation. In the end, she wanted to be paid for the few hours she spent with our daughter and will not give us (or her) any data she collected. She threatened to turn us in to a collection agency so we paid a lot of money received no help. "
