Dentists - Humble, TX

"Dr. Harris is absolutely awesome dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, has congenial easy to talk with bedside manner, is caring of his patient, does great dental work with my bridges/fillings/etc. He is the best dentist I have had in years! I totally recommend Dr. Harris and his staff to everyone. Jackie and Pam are great support staff as well. They are a great staff!! "

"I came in for a cleaning and was told I had four cavities that needed to be filled. I came back a couple weeks later and had the fillings done. I experienced pain when I bit down on hard foods on the teeth that were filled. I came in and Dr. Pratt told me that sometimes the filling isn't flush with the rest of the teeth and it needs to be resurfaced. He preformed this (grinding) on all four of my teeth more than four different times spanning over 8 months. I asked him if I needed a root canal and he told me he didn't think so because my roots and teeth looked good in the xrays. I then received another resurfacing. The pain never went away. He finally asked if I wanted him to replace a filling and see if that fixed the problem. I said yes and he did so. I came back in for a check up and told him I was still feeling pain, that was when he told me that he can't do anymore and that I had to go see an endodontist because I might need root canals. Needless to say I have had to have two root canals and crowns put on my teeth that he filled. The endodontist said that there were cracks in the teeth. (Keep in mind I had no pain before the fillings). I am very upset that my teeth had cracks in them, but I'm even more upset that it took Dr Pratt over 8 months to refer me to an endodontist. I have never had any teeth problems before, and I have been going to the dentist every six months since I was 5. I find all of this very odd, don't you?"

"I thought I was in good hands but horrible experience. They just care about money. No ethics at all. Front office very rude. Dentist try to be funny and nice but just an impression. So sad and disappointed with the service I received. "
