"I’ve been a patient for a year now. I wasn’t a regular visitor to a dentist office but needed some work done and Dr. Strickland came highly recommended. I have been impressed with every aspect of the practice since starting my treatment. The location is clean and modern. The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming when you arrive and when checking out. The hygienists and assistants are engaging and thorough. Dr. Strickland has a calming demeanor and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I’ve had a lot of work done over the past year and I’m extremely happy with the results. I recommend this practice and Dr. Strickland whole heartedly."

"What a terrible experience here. I had an appointment for a simple cleaning covered 100% by my insurance instead they wanted me to have an advanced cleaning that was not covered by my insurance and I would be out of pocket several hundreds of dollars. I told them I wanted what was covered by my insurance and they again pressed for the more expensive service but this time they offered me their "FREE" credit. I will be sharing this experience with Aetna so they are aware of how this company is extorting people during a pandemic. I highly recommend any other office. This entire office has no sense of patient care but are only interested in the money that patients can or can not spend in their office."
