"I became a new patient on 1/1/2024. The experience has been terrible. I never met Dr. Cox. All my appointments were with the PA. When I call the office you are on hold for 20-30 mins. Referrals take 7-10 or more to process. On several occaisions I call the office and always placed on hold for extended amount of time. On one occasion I was so frustrated I went to the office in person to express my concerns and the office staff was sitting at the front desk having girl talk! There are too many more incidents of unprofessionlism to mention in this one review. I tried calling the office manager to express my concerns regarding lack of follow up and simple office procedures. The office manager never returned my call. Again, a sign of unacceptable medical office practice. I would NOT recommend this medical practice."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Ann Bhargava for 5 years. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Ann Bhargava is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. The staff is also friendly and helpful. However, the wait times can sometimes be long. I would recommend this clinic to others"
