"My daughter was supposed to have an appointment with this doctor today. Upon arriving the front office people told her that because her Aetna card read a certain way they were out of network. I contacted Aetna because I knew they were in network. The Aetna representative told me I was correct, this office is in Aetna network. The Aetna representative calls them on my behalf and they tried telling her that she was wrong! If the office does not even know what insurance they accept, what else are they not doing correctly. "

" Chose this location OBGYN associates, because of two friends that recommended a certain doctor at this location. The doctor they suggested was not taking new patients at the time so I made an appointment and was put with Dr Mitchell. She was nice and answered all my questions about a diagnosis that my PCP gave me and couldn’t explain. She also recommended me changing to a non estrogen birth control due to risks I didn’t know about since I had turned 40. She seemed very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. I will keep going to her."

The only really good thing was that I was seen quickly and didn't have to wait for a long time for my appointment."
