"The only positive on this was that she did call and spent significant time going over lab results (a month after the tests had been done and only after I left negative reviews online) and go over the results. (inconclusive and didn't get enough of a sample for one test that I still had to pay for. Office staff refused to let me get a copy of my file as they said and I quote "we don't do that" so I wasn't allowed to get my file to try to decipher what was wrong. Then kept getting calls almost to the point of harassment on "follow-up" as if I would ever return to a place that so badly botched the initial visit. Never went back after that. I'm still having the same issues now even 2 years later and would never return to her care. "
