"Caused a massive hematoma during exploratory laparoscopic surgery. Lied to me about what happened after being rushed to the ER with internal bleeding. Diagnosed me with pelvic congestion syndrome and told me I needed a hysterectomy and he'd remove my uterus and leave my ovaries instead of referring me out to a vascular surgeon or intervention radiologist. After my first and second surgery and throughout my hospital stay and follow up visit he kept pushing to do a hysterectomy. My incision around my bellybutton ripped open and you could see to my guy and he treated it like is was no big deal. I kept pushing until I got a referral to a wound clinic. I ended up taking my surgical report to a vascular surgeon who took one look at my file and said I have veins on my ovaries so a hysterectomy would have done nothing for me. The new surgeon was able to fix my PCS by doing an embolization. He also found May Thurners which Dr. Armada would have missed as well. I now suffer from medical PTSD and have panic attacks at the doctor's office and even during hospital scenes in movies. I also now have potentially life long scar tissue pain as a result of the second surgery. "
