"Never seen a more egotistical unprofessional person. Was over an hour late waiting on him never shows up in time…. Told my child and I to “shut up…. He’s the specialist not his pa’s….. they can’t give advice and have no clue what they are doing…” he has absolutely no bedside manners..been seeing him now for almost six months for my sons hand doing repeat therapeutic splints and going to numerous appointments to find out it has all been a waste of time. My sons hand is not getting better and may end up to amputation bc dr Andrews will not listen to patients or their concerns. This is why we were told to shut up. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted that a physician who train and went through years of schooling to treat people the way he does…, against the code of ethics! Not only did I complain to the PATIENT EXPERIENCE department at OSS HEALTH…. But was told that because he is a shareholder of OSS that there wasn’t too much she or I could do about it…. However she was pushing and escalating my complaint to the board…. This man should not practice medicine and he definitely should not work with people until he can learn to listen and understand why paying customers should be heard! "
