General Dentists - Mentor, OH

"I had been going here for about a year and had no problems when getting my routine cleanings. When I inquired about getting my wisdom teeth out I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it because they had to bill my medical insurance and I hadn't hit my deductible. The cost was going to be close to $2,000. I didn't think this could be right so I went to an oral surgeon and to my surprise they were able to do it for $200. Huge difference! I emailed the office to explain the situation and how dissatisfied I was and they basically told me I was wrong and that the oral surgeon was going to charge me more down the line...5 months later and I still only had to pay $200. The office manager was not remorseful at all and only stuck up for her staff. They lost me and my husband as patients. "
