Counselors - Waterville, NY

"I saw Ms. Freer for psychotherapy at her Middletown location. I was nervous before I called, but once we spoke she put me at ease pretty quickly. At our first appointment I was still a bit nervous, but she was kind and perceptive, and pretty soon I was able to start speaking fairly freely. When I struggled to get a feeling put into words, she politely asked me if I was feeling sad about this thing in my life, and the particular words she used were exactly on target. I felt that she understood me, and I began to feel not only comfortable but pretty well understood. I felt like she was a good match for me, and I'm relieved. "
