"I went to Dr. Buka's office twice for hair fall. The first time he was nice etc. They proposed to have "free" mole check to see if there is any potential skin cancer risk related to my moles. After some time I learned the "free" lab test is not free, I was supposed to pay 15$. It is not much but I was tricked. The second time, after a month, without notifying me they changed the doctor, another one came for few mins and said everything is good and send me back. However, my hair fall was still terrible, but she said everything is gonna be okay, come again in 3 months, we will see the improvement later on. If you still have the problem, come sooner. Of course, I was charged again. My question is if one month is not enough to understand, why did you give appointment that early? Doctor Buka was fine but the office is not working as good. Try to find a better, less trickster office and go there. "

"This office absolutely DOES NOT value your time as a patient. At all. I had two appointments there and hoped that them running late the first time was a fluke, but it wasn't. Appt #1 - 30 minutes in the waiting room, 45 minutes in the exam room. An assistant took all of my information, and (after waiting again) the doctor (Hussain, the female partner) came in with a different assistant, and I had to give all of my information. Again. Not sure why. The treatment recommended was fine, but it was still a very long wait. Appt #2 - 90 (1.5 HOURS) in the waiting room, before I finally left. I first voiced my concerns at around an hour, but still I waited. The office staff got really snippy with me when I said it was unacceptable after the hour and a half and wanted a refund. I received a voicemail from the doctor who said if I didn't want to wait then I should have scheduled for the first available appointment. How about you just don't overbook? And who leaves a voicemail like that? The treatment like I mentioned, was fine -- but the waiting is absolutely not worth it. Also, the (Sand Lake) office itself is something that also needs a review. That place is straight up out of the 90's with no updates. Papers you sign are obviously copies of copies of copies, which is very unprofessional looking. On top of that, the exam rooms are cluttered and overall don't feel very hygienic. I cannot stress to you enough how much I am advising you against going here. It is not worth your time or hassle when there are so many other options available in the area. "

"I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment only to find that they were running 45 min - 1 hour late. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Perhaps their other customers don't work or don't have other things to do? Would recommend having the same level of respect for your patients time as you want them to have for yours. The front desk then offered a reschedule for 45 days later! Haha! No thanks."
