"Terrible experience. Had an appointment and the receptionist argued with me in front of other patients and staff for the other doctor insisting I had a co- insurance and when I got my insurance agent on the phone to explain to her I did not have one , she continued to argue with my agent and was very rude and arrogant to the point I finally told her I don’t want the appointment and I won’t come back anymore. I let the medical receptionist know how rude and unprofessional she was by not accepting the insurance agents knowledge of my insurance of no co- pay and keeping me from seeing the doctor unless I pay. I did file a complaint on her with my insurance company. "
