"I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Robinson during a check up. I had a bit of a wait which was due to another Prior patient emergency. However, to be honest it’s refreshing to see physicians still care and cater to their patients. Not a number but 1 you care for genuinely. When I met her instantly I felt great about wanting her to be my permanent OB/GYN. She not only listened to my concerns but was extremely knowledgeable, and her replies were always accompanied with a smile. You can tell she is a hearty, gracious, sociable, intellectual physician. I look forward to more appointments with her. "

"Wife and I were supposed to have the first prenatal appointment with Dr. Abbattista tomorrow. We are 10 weeks pregnant and decided to wait until now for Dr. Abbattista because she speaks Spanish and my wife just moved to the U.S. and wants to feel confortable with her doctor across the pregnancy process and there were not appointments for the weeks before. We scheduled the appointment a month and a half ago. Today we receive a call saying first that the appointment was not “correctly scheduled” and then another call saying that it was correct but Dr. Abbattista was not coming to the office tomorrow. We had to accept another appointment with other doctor who does not speak Spanish because we are at the limit for the first ultrasound. If we knew Dr. Abbattista was going to cancel the appointment the day before, we would have found another doctor with enough anticipation. Terrible handling of our case by Dr. Abbattista, her office and Westmed. We are sending this same complain to our insurance right away. We are not happy at all."
