Primary Care Doctors - Perinton, NY

"Incompetent. No communication. Called 4 times today without call back. Was told the office was open until 3 PM today. I was seen a week prior and told to call back if not better. Second call at 1:45 PM was told Darlene Dinapoli NP went running out of there at noon and wouldn't be back, but they had sent her the message. Fourth call at 3 PM I was told by office staff their hands were tied and it was possible she might call, but they had no way of knowing really.... Poor way to run an office. Christmas Eve, sick, and could have gone to urgent care if I had known they wouldn't call me back. "
