"Horrific, I had a 1:30 appointment, it was a 45 minute drive to the office, I got a call at 1:15 as I was pulling into the parking lot that the doctor was running behind and could I come at 2:30, what like you couldn’t of called me sooner, so I go get coffee and come back to the office at 2:30, I check in and ask to use the bathroom, once in the bathroom there are large stools floating in the toilet, I flush the toilet with my foot, still don’t go down, I go to the desk she tell me “oh that happens all the time, just close your eyes and pretend it isn’t there”, like what!!!! I said not ok, she brings me into the back to use another restroom then I wait in the waiting area for my now 2:30 appointment. I wait and I wait, at 3:30 I said this is too much, so mismanaged I won’t get food cate here. I get up walk to the desk and say I am leaving and ask to be credited back my copay on my charge card and she does. Then once I’m in the car I look at the refund slip and see the credit card numbers refunded weren’t mine. I repark my car and go inside, she sees the mistake then can’t find my original charge slip, finally she does and refunds it, I got out of the office at 4pm not seen by the doctor, I hit 2 hours of traffic going home at get home at 6pm, the whole experience ruined and took up my entire day. I can’t believe how mismanaged this place was, the most horrific experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office, I will find better care elsewhere."
