"I whole heartily give my strongest recommendation to Dr. Poblete for the help she has given me. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now and she is always busy but available when I need her. Dr. Poblete got my extreme hand Psoriasis under control in less than a year. She did what over 7 years, many specialists and $100K were not able to do. I was suffering from extreme Hand Psoriasis with almost constant painful flare ups and breakouts that caused me to wear nitrile gloves most of the time because of them bleeding. She knew how to treat my condition better than another noted Dermatologist that has written two books that was never able to get it under control. Dr. Poblete knew why I could not use a biologic and why other previously prescribed drugs had not worked. She prescribed 1 at first that worked better than the other previous treatments had but was not strong enough but was still not able to control it fully. She changed me to another medication which which for me has been a miracle drug. She was able to argue with the insurance company and get them to cover the cost of it and it has been a game changer. I never realized what it was like until recently to not have Bleeding Painful hands and fingers. Now the only breakouts I have occur when I am exposed to TCE, which happens occasionally as I work on Environmental Remediation projects. I am a human TCE detector almost, Fortunately these rare breakouts are able to be controlled is days not years anymore. If I could jsut get my employer to not send me to TCE site I would have it made, unfortunately I have to make work to be able to eat so that is not going to happen. "
