"Waited 2 hours and did not receive any attention after providing my extensive medical records and history to attendants. Dr. Fontanazza was chatting with a friend in his office for over 1 hour while I waited across the hall. This place is over-packed with walk-ins, no real order of arrival or respect for patients time. They take advantage that it's the only place in area and have a captive audience."
