Optometrists - Randleman, NC

"Dr. Lovsin explains everything he's going to be doing. He found that I have cataracts forming in both eyes and explained that was too early to recommend further care. He is very patient with me, because I tend to ask a lot of questions during and after the exam. I started having "lightening" strikes in my right eye. He did a thorough exam and explained exactly what was happening. My retina is pulling away from the back of my eyeball. He calmed me down and said we would keep a close eye on it. I would recommend Dr. Lovsin to anyone looking for a good OD. Robin Horne"

"I really like the way Dr. Flaherty and the staff take care of me when I go there. They are very caring and always treat me with the best respect."

"I found this optometrist to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding specialized contact lens fittings. I can’t say the same for the clinic support staff. I found them to be unprofessional, unethical, disinterested in customer service with poor communication skills. Given that much of the interactions and processing of insurance claims and billing relies on professional support staff, I found it impossible to continue working with this highly skilled, qualified optometrist. It’s unfortunate, but I won’t subject myself to unethical mistreatment by the staff, just to see this doctor. If she were in private practice, I would definitely work with her again."
