"The first visit was very awkward. She kept pressing wanting me to say that I did some kind of drugs, which I don't. Then she very gruffly said, "Don't ghost me!". As time passed there were at least 3 visits she did not show up for. When a crisis arose, it seemed to click something with her and she was somewhat aloof and not any help at all. I had PTSD and was really struggling I finally sent her a message after her missing another appointment and told her, "I was experiencing additional anxiety from waiting on appointments that were cancelled and I found another provider." Her response was clueless. It was as if she was unaware of her lack of professionalism or duty as a licensed counselor. It was not a good experience."
