"Great office! Doc really knows his stuff!"

"The positive aspect of Dr. Honig is it's usually easy to get an appointment. But I cannot recommend her or her practice for a number of reasons. I am high risk for skin cancer bc of sun damage growing up in South Florida and a family history, so I go in for annual screenings. She's easy to get in to see, but I have never felt very confident. The lighting in her office is pretty poor and she never looks more closely at the moles than with her eye (no extra lighting or magnification of any kind). She then whips out a spray can of the stuff that freezes off any growths or moles and $300 later and a "see you next year," is usually about all I've gotten. I went in more recently with two problems, including a rash on my back (it's in the middle of my back, so I was unable to see it, but could feel it and it's been itchy on and off for about a few months). She eyeballed it (never even felt the skin) said it wasn't a rash. It might not have been discolored, but if she had bothered to feel it, she would have felt the difference in my skin. I also had a growth that had developed in the same area and she kind of scoffed at it saying it was nothing but then cut it off. I had also come in for some issues with my scalp. She basically took a quick peek (again with poor lighting) and said to use an over the counter T-sal (despite the fact that I'd told her I'd been using something over the counter and I still had the same issues). Her staff are pretty surly, too, unfortunately. So really the only positive is if you want to get in quickly. Though I have to wait months to get in to see someone else, I'm switching practices and would definitely not recommend her. "

"The building was in poor shape, looked like it was either being remodeled or demolished. Everything was dirty and torn apart. The office wasn't clean and the elevator looked very suspect. When i was seen by the Dr. it was like he was in a rush to leave. Cut me off before i could even tell him what my issue was and prescribed me something that didnt work because he didnt listen to what had to say. Will never go back"
