I had l a wart on my foot, which prompted me to go see him. He was significantly late for my first appointment, and his staff did little to communicate why he was running late or how much longer I would be waiting (if there had been more communication, I would have felt much better right off the bat). I eventually had to ask what was taking so long. I was not given a straight answer, but told he would soon be with me. When he came in, I apologized for being impatient but explained I had to be back at work—and he actually started criticizing me for being impatient! I took it as a joke, but he remained standoffish throughout the whole experience. He also made jokes about my concern of spreading the wart to my room mates (which I thought was pretty rude).

Positive: prices were very reasonable (with insurance). Dr. Snyder provided me information on several different treatment options.
