"I’ve never meet her in person. I am a patient recovering from a GSW TO THE FACE. I was scheduled to meet her on 10/26/2022 at 3 pm. It is clear in my records that she can see that I don’t live near the facility. I received a call from the doctor 11 AM that day. Stating that she had a client that canceled on her and will be available at 130 that day. But if I couldn’t make it, she would see me at 3. On my way to the Office I contacted her to let her know I would be 25 mins late. She then told me she would not be able to see me because she has other business to attend too. ( which shows she does not put patients first). I then explained I don’t live close, also the gps rerouted my driver. Then then said okay if you are here by 3:25 ( which wouldn’t even allow me to check in or get in elevator) she would see me but it would be short. As if I’m not a patient in need of medical attention, as if she wouldn’t fully evaluate me, as if she didn’t care about my injuries as a doctor should, lastly as if she had more important things to do outside the office. Yes I called her racist, yes I called her prejudice. Because this is no act of a caring doctor. She also went on my account and falsely explained the entire situation. This is the act of a entitled white racist women. I am the patient that is in need. I am the patient that can fumble to injuries any day. This was my first appointment to view my face and scans to make sure no infection has grown but her outside business was more important."

"This doctor aggressively pursued me to have me undergo a horrifying revision rhinoplasty procedure with rib cartilage. This guy let me with a hole in my chest and grafted my nose from top to bottom with 4 pieces of my rib cage. He essentially turned my nose into a hard, painful, crooked, chronically swollen, hideously ugly, bone of a nose. Following surgery, when I complained, this doctor demonstrated the most abusive, erratic, sick, and disturbing behavior that I have ever witness. This man and his horrific surgery have ruined years of my life. I was left in just a horrible condition by this doctor with substantial medical bills to correct his horrific surgery. What this man did to me is beyond invasive, and on the level of an extreme and violent assault, and in no way satisfying cosmetic nasal surgery. Dr. Thomas Le is a con-artist with clear psychiatric problems and really nothing more."
