"My experience overall was just a waste of time and money. I went specifically to inquire about EMDR. It could be a terrible or off day on Sara’s part and hope other people don’t experience what I experienced. My opinions of the interaction with Sara are as follows: I felt every question Sara asked me was delivered with annoyance and impatience. Sara did not feel trauma informed to me. Sara did not feel to me to have much experience with anything too complex. Sara claimed to be straightforward person however at the end of the 46 minutes which she charged the full amount, (I feel pro-rating the amount would have been the professional thing to do) Sara provided a card to contact her for another appointment. I was confused because I definitely felt there was zero connection and that was ok with me. I felt Sara knew it it wasn’t a good fit as well. This is where I felt the biggest disappointment, someone claiming to be straightforward doesn’t have the ability to call it like it is. I would have left 5 stars if Sara aligned to her words of actually being straightforward, if Sara would have stated ,”I don’t think we are a match”. It is hard for me to feel professional respect for someone that doesn’t align with their words but preaches them. She felt unauthentic to me and not genuine to me which doesn’t feel safe to be around to me. The room is in a dark basement with no windows and did not feel inviting and definitely felt closed in. Sara was on time and prompt at responding. "

"I attempted receive a virtual consultation through this provider on 4 separate occasions. Each time, the consultation was canceled. An explanation was only given on 1 occasion, and on multiple occasions, the consultation was canceled less than 10 minutes before I was supposed to have it. I have been in desperate need of mental health care, and it is extremely dangerous and negligent for a mental health professional to operate their business in this manner. Other patients attempting to start receiving care through this provider should not waste their time."

"I used to work with Carolyn Bruner at JCMHC in Olathe, KS from 2015 to 2017, on the crisis unit. She along with several other coworkers, gang stalked and harassed me and my family. She even had the odacity to smuggle her cell phone into my home through my 5 year old granddaughter. She and Sandy Currie were having a conversation concerning this, with Sandy Curry right behind me, in my office, and Carolyn in her office directly across the hall, with her door open. This county Mental Health center does illegal investigations, and had police interrogations going on at the center. Huge HIPPA violations. Very corrupt."
