"Kelcy is easy to talk to and is easy to relate to. I have been seeing this counselor for many years. The office staff is quick to pick up the phones. I have not had to wait on hold for any amount of time when I call in. I have never had to wait past my appointment time when I have had an appointment. I can understand her and she allows me to take my time when speaking to her. She is helpful and I feel so much better after each session. "

His belief in Self Care - which was a new concept to me - was incredibly helpful (I started yoga based on my own interests and love it). I'm in my 60's and embarking on my 3rd chapter.
