"Dr. Fatima is a fine primary physician. She’s empathetic, a good listener and don’t rush things up however her office staff at the Livermore's doctor centre on the 87 Fenton St are the worst, unprofessional and awful. The staff member who I called for labs results seemed an old lady in late 50s early 60s and and asked if there’s an online/app to get an access to my medical records and lab results like any other providers that I’ve used in the past replied to me rudely ‘No’ since my lab results weren’t with her yet even after a week she suggested me that I’ve to call the office for every ques I have and make appointments eventually. For which I was taken by surprise to access my own medical records in this era of digital world , I’ve to make time to call their office or wait for the labs to arrive in the mail. Furthermore, she had the audacity to suggest me to switch my doctor if I don’t like their ways of conducting business. It’s my sincere advise to Dr. Fatima is to not alllow such rude, unprofessional staff to work for her and tarnish her image just because of her staff’s poor customer service. "
