"Have always had issues with ingrown toenails since a kid. Had to have them removed twice before and it was always a bad experience. Have been able to control it for a few years til now and I really messed up. I am on my feet all day for work so it's difficult to find a good time and didn't want to be in a lot of pain. Was also trying on shoes for my daughters wedding and could not get them on it hurt so bad. Reviewed options and came up with Dr Tolat. he was close by and on ins plan. Called for appt and front staff was great - they were able to work with my work schedule and even get me in the same week. Met with Dr Tolat on day of appt and he was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and told me to let him know if at any point I was uncomfortable. He sprayed my toe with numbing agent prior to using the needle for the actual anesthesia. I was very apprehensive but extremely surprised that I felt NOTHING as he talked and worked through the process. Such an great difference over past experiences!! He was done in no time and did a great job communicating what I needed to do over the coming days to care for the site. He must take great notes or just have a great memory because on follow-up visit 3 weeks later he remembered everything we talked about at first visit. I highly recommend Dr Tolat for anyone needing a podiatrist!! "
