"She's an excellent clinician, compassionate and provides excellent care."

"This woman knows nothing about setting up a safety parameter for the patient. She saw my son separately from me and told him I might be a narcissist. When he told me that, of course, I felt quite betrayed by her. The primary job of a therapist is to provide a feeling of safety for the patient’s inner child. My little kid felt betrayed and criticized, therefore furthering the damage from a bad childhood. I think it’s possible she might have become a therapist to project her own wounds onto her patients. She is extremely critical, and even the old book “how to make friends and influence people” said never to criticize. Very basic human traits she somehow missed out on."
