"Dr. Harkins is the best, he replaced both of my hips. He always dedicated his time to me on my office visits, explained the procedure and what to expect after surgery. Dr. Harkins was always on time for surgery, he would come by before my surgery and check in on me and ask me if I had any other questions and he would again explain the surgery."

"Dr. Allen had ordered an ultrasound for me in late March, 2017. I never heard back from the results, so I assumed there was nothing to be concerned with. In late July, a CT was ordered and on August 1st, I had another appointment to discuss the results. There was a concern of a cyst on one of my kidneys so Dr Allen ordered another ultrasound. I asked what about the one that I had done just 4 months earlier. He look confused when I advised him of this like he didn't know my chart and test history. Promised that they would contact the Radiologist from the previous ultrasound and let me know if another one was needed. after a month of no contact, I contacted the office manager and Allen had forgotten to document the results in my chart. Now I'm having another kidney stone episode and he has transferred me to another Dr at Ga Urology because he said that I was unhappy with his care. All I asked was that he do his job! I guess a patient can't ask questions about their own personal healthcare without this Dr getting offended and his feelings hurt. No Great Loss !"
