Dr. Harkins is the best, he replaced both of my hips. He always dedicated his time to me on my office visits, explained the procedure and  what to expect after surgery.
Dr. Harkins was always on time for surgery, he would come by before my surgery and check in on me and ask me if I had any other questions and he would again explain the surgery.
