Anesthesiologist - Norcross, GA

"I saw a Pain Management Dr's office for 8 years. In 8 years, he spent less than 30 minutes total with me. All other visits were done by his PA. I took the leap and went to find a new PM Dr. Dr Nguyen was the first appointment scheduled at Optimum Pain Management Clinic in Norcross. I also made 2 other appointments with 2 other Dr's to see which one I connected with. Dr Nguyen was hands down the best PM Dr not only of the 3,but of the other one I had seen for 8 years. My first appointment, Dr Nguyen spent no less than 45 minutes having a one on one conversation with me. He also had reviewed my files with all the surgeries/procedures I had done through the last 10 years. He was fully literate of my case before I even walked in the first time. He came up with a game plan to do several procedures/surgeries. He asked ME if that plan was acceptable with me. Having had accute and chronic pain for over 10 years, I knew/know most all of the surgeries/procedures that work with my physical disabilities (yes, plural.) He was right on in his evaluation and plan going forward. I have had 4 appointments/procedures and follow ups since April 28th, 2025. Today is July 17th, 2025. He is about half way through his plan and the relief he has given me and my medical disabilities. Every time I have an appointment, I see Dr Nguyen and he spends 20 to 30 minutes going over how the procedures are going and how I am doing. His is the BEST PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR I have been privileged to have as well his care, concern, empathy and and time spent with me discussing 1 on 1. Not a PA who spent 5 minutes with me and sent out the door. If you are eased to become a patient of his, you will be as thankful and grateful to have him as your Dr. "
