"Dr. Vicks is dismissive & unprofessional. She is not attentive/does not listen to your concerns. Although she did not give names, she often discusses statements and conditions of other patients that are presently in the office! Hour long waits. The office staff are disorganized and change frequently."

"This doctor is afraid to touch her patients, I went in for a physical/wellness check and she did not touch me. She did not listen to my heart or lungs. She did not check my reflexes by tapping my knees. She did not check my eyes, ears or throat. When I asked the office manager about it she said they did what my insurance requested, and I should speak with my insurance company. So the insurance companies tells the doctors what to do? I called Aetna and they told me they should have checked those things and Aetne setup a home visit right away. I had had food poisoning the week before my visit I told her that I wasn't feeling well and that I still had dry heaves for days. She didn't address these issues. I ended up in the emergency room a week later. My test results from this visit were not reviewed with me and were not mailed to me although there were several issues that needed to be addressed. After several phone calls to the office no one has called to apologize or address my health issues. I went to the office today and got my test results. Still no one spoke with me about my health issues. In the envelope with my test results were someone elses surgery instructions. I will never go here again and you shouldn't either."
