"Appointment was at 3:10. Arrived 10 minutes early with all my paperwork, some done on line. Staff wanted me to refill out everything untill they looked at my paperwork and realized it was all there. Got into an exam room at 4:20 (hour and ten minutes after apointment time). I had to give staff a copy of MRI and CT analysis as they were having problems getting it to come up on computer. Still waiting on Robinson at 4:40. I had to leave, got 3 minutes with Robinson who said he would look at MRI when he got ready to do procedure. Staff was pleasant, waiting room had 20 people waiting"

"After multiple failed procedures done by students/ trainees, I asked the attending physician Dr. Riso to perform the procedure--- to my surprise I was told no. I knew then it was time to move to a physician that actually performs procedures and their focus was the patience, not students. "

"Was so wonderful to my mom. She was very nervous and the time Dr Bailey spent wh her was above anything that was required. He made her feel at ease before and after her procedure. He also was very patient with her :)"

"This is easily the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have been going to this office for 6 years with no issue. That is until the new owners took over and “Dr” Smith took over my case. I have full body CRPS. Which is one of the most painful diseases currently known. Dr Sheahan was fantastic when I saw him for many years. “Dr” Smith however has seen me 4 times and spent a total of maybe 5-6 minutes with me. She never remembers details of the case. You have to remind her about everything. And even then she doesn’t listen. I made it known on my last visit that I did not want to see her again and only wanted to see Dr Singleton. Fast forward to today, July 17 2023. They FORCED me to see her. She was hostile from the minute she walked in. She said since I was being “difficult” she was dismissing me from “her practice”. I have a month to find a new doctor. When I questioned her about her lack of patient care, she rudely said “have a nice day” and stormed out of the room. When I asked if she was seriously not going to talk to me she responded “I don’t need you telling me how I treat patients”. This is what you can look forward to if you see this doctor. I’ve talked to MANY other patients who used to see the old doctors and staff and they are ALL unhappy with the treatment they are getting. The sad thing is, the walls of this place are paper thin. I’ve heard the way she talks to patients in other rooms. Suffice it to say, if you happen to be the same skin color as her, she is a COMPLETELY different person. To me that only screams one thing. And apparently she used to be a “commander” in the Navy. To me that’s laughable. I recorded the entire visit and caught her lack of empathy and her hostile attitude. It will be going across the internet."
