However, Dr. Thomas Chacko saw fit to charge me (or my insurance in this case) an outrageous amount, far beyond what is reasonable or customary ($1k+ for 10 min procedure which does not require a special equipment or skills). It was evident that his pricing structure was solely designed to maximize his own profits, rather than considering the financial burden on his patients. Furthermore, Dr. Thomas Chacko' lack of empathy and genuine concern for his patients was disheartening. During my consultation, he seemed more interested in finishing consultation as fast as it is possible. It was evident that he was solely focused on generating revenue, rather than providing personalized care or addressing my individual needs. Beyond the financial aspect, the overall level of care I received was subpar. Dr. Thomas Chacko rushed through the appointment, spending minimal time with me and failing to thoroughly explain the process or answer my questions adequately.
