"My initial contact with Dr. Onuigbo was good. Had problem with my blood pressure because of medication changes she made. Contacted the office on Thursday and expected call back with the 24/48 hour window explained to me by her (administrative time). I did not hear back from her until the following Thursday. She down played tha probable cause of my symptoms, addressed as if I was given new medication. When I corrected her she became verbal combative and stated that she would see me at my assigned appointment date. Not five minutes after the call with her the receptionist called to tell me Dr. Onuigbo could not see me on my scheduled appointment date. This receptionist had no reason why but said I was being assigned to an NP instead. After nothing of quality was said regarding the sudden change I told her to cancel everything, take me out of the Oak street system an that “I WILL NEVER COME”BACK This “doctor “ cast me and my health care to the wind because I corrected the miss information she attempted to get me to accept. "
