"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Samish Dhungana. I’ve been dealing with extreme amounts of pain and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously from the start. Despite expressing the severity of my symptoms, I was given a diagnosis that doesn’t align with what I’m experiencing. This has left me feeling frustrated and helpless, especially since I am still undiagnosed and continue to waste time and money on treatments that aren’t addressing the real issue. The wait times have been another major problem. I had to wait months just to receive necessary testing, and despite my pain worsening, there was little sense of urgency. On top of that, the office staff is difficult to reach. It takes an incredibly long time to get a response via message, and when calling in, you can expect to be on hold for over 30 minutes. What frustrates me the most is that my concerns have been consistently brushed off, leaving me feeling invalidated and unheard. I had hoped for a more thorough and compassionate approach, but unfortunately, this hasn’t been my experience. I will be seeking a new provider moving forward."

"M. Ahmad is a decent doctor, and will listen to your situation and help you with meds. This is the most you can expect from just about any doctor these days. Otherwise you need to be better off financially to see a psychologist and other deeper therapy methods. The only complaint I have is that I have to arrive an hour early to be seen at the time of my appointment. If I arrive on time or a few minutes before, I won't be seen until 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. "
