"My Husband Victor made an appointment for his son on 5/15/23 with Dina and before anything was discussed she made him pay her via zelle $225.00. There was no policy or contract given to Victor to sign with payment guidelines. On 5/19/23 Victor text Dina if his son showed up to his appointment. No response! So he text again on 5/23/23 explaining his situation with his son & he was very aware of HIPPA and again was only asking if his son showed up to the appointment. No Response. ON 5/24/23 sent ??? then sent I did not get a payment request for my sons next appointment. On 5/25/23 she finally wrote "i had an initial session and another one has not been scheduled." Victor said I am not sure why it took 6 days for an answer & normally when you leave an appointment another one is scheduled and also asked Dina after you meeting with him do you think you could help him? She replies "I am not continuing and have provided referrals." When Victor asked why...her reply was "I offered a concierge service and it was far to travel." "I offer zoom but he really needs in person therapeutic value and to discuss it with his X-Wife." There was still no clear answer from Dina if Victors son showed to the appointment like she said "here was an initial meeting", nor said if there was an actual zoom meeting. Victor text again 5/25/23, "why wont anyone (x-wife or Dina) give me a direct answer that if my son attended the session" and than Victor sent Dina a zelle request for his money back. Again, NO RESPONSE! What mental health therapist communicates this way? She was not only vague with her answers but doesn't respond! She is very unprofessional with her lack of responses and it is obvious that she is all about the money! She took the money and did nothing. She didn't even have the decency to communicate properly to a father suffering over his son trying to get him help, which was also expressed by Victor in the messages. She demonstrated zero compassion & empathy for anything in regards to this situation. This was a complete scam, that should be disputed if paid with a credit card which explains why she only takes zelle and requests it 2 days prior to an appointment. "
